It was my privilege to be the keynote speaker for the first Sabbath of Camp Meeting this year (20/20 Vision of Revelation). The message was based on the calling of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Revelation Chapter 10. Although there was trouble broadcasting during Sabbath School, the internet stream cleared up during the main worship hour. 28,000 people experienced what you’ve seen every Sabbath since March 28, 2020. The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Of course, I took the opportunity to mention our church in Cleveland. The teaching style of combining Biblical teaching, preaching and visual aids sparked the interest of many onlookers who indicated that they will seek us out in the future. It was a great day for Allegheny West Conference and Southeast SDA Church.

 

I cannot express enough my gratitude for your support during these trying times. Let’s continue to improve our ability to share our blessings with the world through social media and live streaming. It truly offers us the ability to reach people that we could not reach otherwise. For example, a female pastor from Pakistan sent me a friend request on Facebook as a result of watching the sermon live. She said she was inspired and encouraged through the message. Some of our very own members at Southeast shared that they want more end time studies on prophesy. I am confident that many more will be blessed through the replay of the messages online. Though it can be costly at times, sermons on the internet offer Christ just as they do in our sanctuary. Let’s continue to be faithful as the Lord loves us through this crisis!
